普通車が駐車するには白線で囲まれたスペースが狭く、前はもちろん、左右にはみ出すか白線に載った状態となります。商工会議所で頻繁に開催されるイベントの前後で混雑する時間帯では普通車同士の離合（すれ違い）が特に難しく出入庫に時間がかかる（最大で40分程度動けないこともありました）。運転に自信がない方は利用を避けるべき。
